How do I become a customer?

It's easy to become a customer...

  • 1                     Choose your product/s and payment option
  • 2                     Click checkout
  • 3                     Create an online account (no need to come and visit us)
  • 4                     Submit the required details
  • 5                     Pay a 25% or 50% deposit (your choice)
  • 6                     Print off, sign and return your agreement
  • 7                     That’s it! We will then deliver your order


    Please note, whilst we do not carry out a credit check we do...
     
  • Carry out an ID check (not a credit check and no footprint is left on any file)
  • Check you have a valid UK bank account and debit / credit card
  • Check you aren’t currently Bankrupt, in an IVA or in a Debt Management Plan
  • Check you aren’t on any Fraud or Money Laundering Lists
  • Check you have a valid telephone number and email address


Credit FAQs

  • Do you carry out a credit check?
  • No, we do not carry out a credit check

  • I have bad credit / default / CCJ / am a discharged bankrupt etc can you still provide me with credit?
  • Yes we do not make decisions based on your previous credit history. This gives you an excellent opportunity to rebuild your credit profile.
     
  • I am currently bankrupt / in an IVA or a Debt Management Plan, can you provide me with credit?
  • No, the terms of your bankruptcy / IVA / DMP stop you from entering into a new credit agreement. Please feel free to apply once you are discharged or have concluded your IVA / DMP.

  • Do you carry out any other checks on me
  • Yes, We ensure we have an active phone number and email address for you. We verify you exist at your address (ID Check) and we ensure you aren’t on any money laundering and fraud lists. We report all instances of fraud to the police. We also make sure you have an active bank account and debit card. This way we protect you, us and everyone else in the UK from fraudsters!

  • You have asked me to send in proof of who I am.
  • Sometimes we have to ask for additional proof of ID. In this case we will put your order on hold until this is provided. You do not have to provide this but if you don’t we will not process your order.

  • I don’t have a bank account, can I still get credit
  • No, you must have a valid UK bank account that accepts direct debits and a UK debit card.

  • What happens if I cannot make a payment?
  • CALL US STRAIGHT AWAY, WE WILL HELP YOU!
  • If you are having difficulties in making payment, or if you have already missed a payment, please speak to us straightaway. We will listen, and aim to understand your circumstances.  We may be able to offer you help and advice. If you do not contact us after missing a payment, we will attempt to contact you. We’ll want to discuss your circumstances and agree on a course of action to help get your account back on track. 

 

Order FAQs

  • How much can I spend at PayMonthlyStore.com
  • Everyone has a default £1000 credit limit. This is based on your providing a minimum 25% deposit. E.g. if you want to spend £500, you must have a £125 deposit (25%).

  • How many items can I buy from you?
  • As many as you like. We will provide you with finance upto £1000. You can of course spend more and pay the difference. If you keep up your repayments on time then we’ll increase your credit limit.

  • I don’t have a deposit
  • Sorry we can’t help, if you can’t afford a deposit then you probably can’t afford the repayments

  • Can I order over the phone
  • No sorry we do not employ a telephone sales team. This is expensive and we would have to pass it onto the end user (You).

  • What’s the fastest way to get support from you, I have a query?
  • Please use our support ticket system

Delivery FAQs

  • How long will it take to deliver my order
  • Furniture is delivered within 4 to 21 days of your order being completed. This is subject to us receiving your signed agreement and completing our manual checks. We aim to deliver quicker and we will offer a delivery date or you can request a later delivery date if it’s too soon for you.
    Electronics are currently on a 4 – 14 day delivery schedule
    We’ll always aim to deliver as quick as possible.
